1. Marinate salmon with condiments. (pic 1-2)
2. Heat olive oil in pan, sear salmon in high heat until cooked, place on serving plate. (pic 3)
3. Blanch asparagus in salted boiling water until cooked, drain and plate with salmon.(pic 4)
4. Mash cooked potato, knead into desire shape and plate with salmon.
5. Heat butter in pan, add in all other sauce ingredients and boil until thicken, pour over salmon to serve. (pic 5)
