2 pcs five spiced mock chicken, 50g mock ham, 100g carrot, 50g Chinese mushroom
2 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour, ½ bowl water, ¼ tsp sesame oil (add last)
1. Soak Chinese mushroom, halved and marinate with 1 tsp each of soy sauce and sugar; and then steam for 15 minutes.
2. Cut carrot, mock ham and mock chicken into rectangle size.
3. Arrange these ingredients into the shape of Qilin and steam in steamer for 12 minutes. (pic 1-2)
4. Heat some oil in wok, add in seasoning and bring to boil; and then pour over Qilin mock chicken, sprinkle sesame oil and ready to serve. (pic 3-4)
