韩国人参鸡汤
Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup

【材料】
菜园鸡1只(约2公斤)、大蒜5瓣、青葱2棵、现买韩国人参鸡汤料包1包、糯米50克(浸泡隔夜滴干)、清水2公升、青葱粒2茶匙(装饰)

【调味料】
适量盐和糖

【沾酱】
盐适量、黑胡椒粉½茶匙、酱油3汤匙、白米醋2汤匙、蜜糖1½汤匙、青葱粒1汤匙、红辣椒1条(切丝)、烤芝麻1茶匙

【做法】
1. 把鸡翼尖和鸡臀切掉,洗净备用。
2. 把2瓣大蒜塞入鸡肚里,再填入糯米,然后用牙签封口。
3. 把清水、青葱、人参汤料、3瓣大蒜以及处理过的鸡一起放入KHIND汤锅的内锅,然后盖上锅盖。
4. 在KHIND汤锅菜单上选择“ NUTRITIOUS SOUP ”键,开始烹调。
5. 一旦烹煮完成后,按“WARM” 或“CANCEL”即可;把鸡肉和汤取出装碗。撒入青葱粒。
6. 沾酱享用。

【Ingredients】
2kg whole Kampung chicken, 5 cloves garlic (keep whole), 2 stalks spring onion, 1 pre-packed packet of Korean Ginseng ingredients (store-bought), 50g glutinous rice (rinsed and soaked overnight then drained), 2 litres water, 2 tbsp diced spring onion (garnishing)

【Seasoning】
Adequate salt and sugar to taste

【Dipping Sauce】mixed
Adequate salt to taste, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp white rice vinegar, 1 ½ tbsp honey , 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1red chilli (sliced), 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

【Method】
1. Cut off wing tips and the bishop's nose section of the chicken and make sure chicken is clean.
2. Stuff the chicken with 2 cloves garlic and glutinous rice.Secure with tooth pick.
3. Put water, spring onion, ginseng ingredients, 3 cloves of garlic and stuffed chicken into ceramic inner pot of KHIND Soup Cooker. Cover the pot.
4. Press “NUTRITIOUS SOUP” on the menu panel to begin cooking.
5. Once chicken is done, either keep “WARM” or “CANCEL” then dish out chicken into a big serving bowl. Sprinkle with diced spring onion.
6. Serve with dipping sauce.
