1. Marinate chicken whole leg with condiments for 2-3 hours; and then grill in oven at 200℃ until both sides cooked. Cut into piece and set aside. (pic 1-3)
2. Wrap one piece of grilled chicken in a sheet of pastry, seal with egg sauce; prick some holes with a fork and then spread the surface with egg sauce. (pic 4-6)
3. Shift into oven and bake at 180℃ until golden brown.
