1. Cut pork loin into slices and marinate with soy sauce and Hua Diao wine for 10 minutes.(pic 1-2)
2. Cut spring onion into sections and separate white and green parts.
3. Heat some oil in wok, saute white part of spring onion until fragrant. (pic 3-4)
4. Add in meat slices and saute until turns white; and then toss in green parts of spring onion, seasoning and some water, bring to boil. (pic 5-6)
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and some extra Hua Diao wine, dish out.(pic 7)
