8g BeiQi, 10g DangSheng, 10 red dates (pitted), 1 small piece dried tangerine, 3 pcs dried sea shell (soaked), 200g lean meat, 2 slices ginger, 600ml water
1. Wash all ingredients.
2. Cut meat into smaller pieces, blanch in boiling water, and then wash and drain.(pic 1)
