300g Hong Kong kai lan stalks, 80g carrot(cut into desired shapes),5 fresh button mushrooms(sliced), 5g young ginger (sliced), 1 tsp chopped garlic, 11⁄2 tbsp FAMILY CHOICE Canola Oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp chicken stock powder, 1⁄4 tsp pepper, adequate sugar or to taste, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 4-5 tbsp water
1.Remove leaves from the kai lan stalks. Make a cross-cut on the end of the kai lan stalk and soak in water for 15 - 20 minutes.
2.Heat FAMILY CHOICE Canola Oil in a wok. Fry ginger and garlic briefly.(pic 1-2)
3.Add in kai lan, carrot and fresh button mushrooms.(pic 3-4)
4.Mix in seasoning and stir-fry briefly for less than 1 - 2 minutes. Dish out and serve. (pic 5)
