翡翠芥兰
Stir-Fried Jade Greens with Gold Coins

【Ingredients】
300g Hong Kong kai lan stalks, 80g carrot(cut into desired shapes),5 fresh button mushrooms(sliced), 5g young ginger (sliced), 1 tsp chopped garlic, 11⁄2 tbsp FAMILY CHOICE Canola Oil

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp chicken stock powder, 1⁄4 tsp pepper, adequate sugar or to taste, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 4-5 tbsp water

【Method】
1.Remove leaves from the kai lan stalks. Make a cross-cut on the end of the kai lan stalk and soak in water for 15 - 20 minutes.
2.Heat FAMILY CHOICE Canola Oil in a wok. Fry ginger and garlic briefly.(pic 1-2)
3.Add in kai lan, carrot and fresh button mushrooms.(pic 3-4)
4.Mix in seasoning and stir-fry briefly for less than 1 - 2 minutes. Dish out and serve. (pic 5)

【材料】
香港芥兰300克、红萝卜80克(切成金钱状)、蘑菇5粒(切片)、嫩姜5片、蒜茸1茶匙、FAMILY CHOICE纯正芥花油11⁄2 汤匙

【调味料】
蚝油1汤匙、酱青1汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、胡椒粉1⁄4 茶匙、适量糖、 麻油1⁄2 茶匙、清水4-5汤匙

【做法】
1.摘下香港芥兰叶,在梗的尾部切十字,浸泡15-20分钟,沥干水备用。
2.镬中烧热FAMILY CHOICE纯正芥花油,爆香姜片及蒜茸至金黄色。(图1-2)
3.加入香港芥兰叶、红萝卜、及磨菇炒匀。(图3-4)
4.以调味料调味,继续拌炒1-2分钟后,即可趁热享用。(图5)
