牛油果蝦仁炒飯
Fried Rice with Avocado & Shrimps

【Ingredients】
3 bowls cold white rice, 12 pcs shelled shrimp (devein and washed), 1 ripped avocado, ½ onion (diced), 2 tbsp chopped garlic, some corn kernels, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp grape seed oil
【Ingredients】
1 tbsp soy sauce, dash of salt and pepper

【Method】
1. Shelled avocado and cut into cubes. (pic 1)
2. Sauté onion and garlic with cold oil in wok until fragrant.(pic 2)
3. Add in shrimp and stir-fry until cooked, dish out the shrimps. (pic 3)
4. Using the same wok, add in corn kernels and eggs, stir-fry until eggs semi cooked. (pic 4)
5. Pour in cold white rice and seasoning, stirr-fry until well mixed, return shrimp to wok, stir to mix. (pic 5)
6. Lastly toss in avocado and stir-fry briefly, dish out.(pic 6)

【材料】
冷饭3碗、中虾12只(去肠、洗净)、熟牛油果1颗、洋葱½个(切丁)、蒜茸2汤匙、新鲜粟米粒适量、鸡蛋2颗、葡萄籽油1汤匙
【调味料】
酱青1汤匙、盐及胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1. 牛油果切半后,去皮,再切成丁块,备用。(图1)
2. 冷油下锅,将洋葱、蒜茸炒香。(图1)
3. 接着倒入虾仁,拌炒至熟后,将虾仁捞起来放一旁,备用。(图3)
4. 使用相同的锅,放入粟米粒、倒入鸡蛋,拌炒至鸡蛋半熟。(图4)
5. 倒入冷饭及调味料,拌炒至均匀后,倒入虾仁,继续拌炒。(图5)
6. 最后加入牛油果丁,稍微拌炒均匀后即可上碟,享用。(图6)
