3 pcs Five spiced mock chicken, 3 pcs fresh mushroom (cut into strips), 20g GouQi, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 6×8 inches parchment paper
2 tsp DangGui powder, 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sugar, 3 tbsp water
1. Pre-mixes all the seasoning and set aside.
2. Sear five spiced mock chicken lightly and place on top of parchment paper. (pic 1-2)
3. Sprinkle fresh mushroom, GouQi and ginger on top, follow with some seasoning mixture, wrap up with parchment paper and steam for 15 minutes. (pic 3-5)
