1.Wash and cut the fish head in bite size, rub with some corn flour, set aside. (pic 1-2)
2.Heat sesame oil in wok, saute sauce ingredients till fragrant, add in seasoning and mix well. Pour the sauce over the fish before steam. (pic 3-4)
3.Steam the fish head in a steam wok with boiling water for 10 minutes till cooked. (pic 5)
4.Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves before serving.
