三合一家庭套餐
3 In 1 Home Cook Set Meal

1.老黄瓜汤
【材料】
老黄瓜120克(去籽切小块)、红萝卜60克(切丁)、干蚝1粒、红枣2粒、芡实10克(浸泡)、干贝1粒、南杏北杏各10克、清水200毫升
【调味料】
蘑菇精粉1茶匙、适量盐和糖
【做法】
把所有材料放入Khind 安心炖盅王的炖盅里,加入调味料并注入清水。

2.梅菜鸡
【材料】
A:全鸡腿1副(斩小块)、清水150毫升、粟粉1茶匙
B:咸梅菜1束(切碎)、甜梅菜1束(切碎)、蒜1粒(去皮拍扁)、姜5-6片、麻油1汤匙
【调味料】
酱油1汤匙、米酒1汤匙、少许黑酱油、水晶冰糖1汤匙、蚝油1汤匙
【做法】
1. 镬内热麻油,爆香蒜与姜片,加入咸和甜梅菜炒匀。加入鸡肉和调味料,拌炒均匀。
2. 将鸡肉放入Khind安心炖盅王的第2个炖盅里,加入清水。

3.黄姜香辣鱼
【材料】
石斑鱼1片(切厚片,淋少许柠檬汁去除腥味)、适量盐和胡椒粉、包菜2叶(切小片)、食油2汤匙、姜茸1汤匙、黄姜粉½茶匙
【研磨香料】
小葱3粒、蒜2粒、辣椒粉2汤匙
【调味料】
酸柑汁1汤匙、糖1茶匙、鱼露½茶匙、江鱼仔精粉1汤匙
【做法】
1. 镬内热油,爆香姜茸,加入研磨料及黄姜粉,炒至香。加入调味料搅拌均匀,捞起备用。
2. 将鱼片放入Khind安心炖盅王最后一个炖盅内,加入香辣黄姜料,再铺入包菜叶。
【组合】
1. 将3个炖盅分别放入Khind安心炖盅王里,注入清水至安全水平。启动电源,选择“set meal” 键,按开始。
2. 烹调结束后即可趁热享用。

1.STEWED OLD CUCUMBER SOUP
【Ingredients】
120g old cucumber (scoop out the seeds and cut into chunks), 60g carrot(cube) , 1 dried oyster, 2 red dates, 10g ferox nuts (soaked), 1 dried scallop, 10g bitter and sweet almonds (lam hung & pak hung), 200 ml water
【Seasoning】
1 tsp mushroom stock powder, dash of salt and sugar to taste
【Method】
Put all ingredients into Khind Anshin Double Boiler 1st inner pot. Add seasoning and pour in water. (pic 1-2)

2. STEWED CHICKEN WITH PRESERVED MUSTARRD GREEN
【Ingredients】
A:1 chicken whole leg (chop into bite-size), 150 ml water, 1 tsp corn flour
B:1 stalk preserved salted mustard green, 1 stalk preserved sweet mustard green, 1 clove garlic(peeled and smashed), 5-6 thin slices ginger, 1 tbsp sesame oil
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, A little thick soy sauce, 1 tbsp crystal rock sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce
【Method】
1. Heat sesame oil, sauté garlic and ginger slices. Add both types of preserved salted and sweet mustard green. Put in chicken and add seasoning. Stir well to mix.
2. Spoon chicken mixture into Khind Anshin Double Boiler 2nd inner pot, pour in water.

3. STEWED FISH WITH SPICY TURMERIC SAUCE
【Ingredients】
1 slice garoupa (cut thick fillet, squeeze in lemon juice to remove the fishy smell), dash of salt and pepper, 2 leaves cabbage (cut smaller), 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp grated ginger paste, ½ tsp turmeric powder
【Spice ingredients】
3 shallots, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp chilli powder
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp ikan bilis stock powder
【Method】
1. Heat oil, saute ginger paste, followed by spice ingredients and turmeric powder, stir till fragrant. Add seasoning to mix. Dish out and put aside. (pic 6)
2. Add the fish slices into Khind Anshin Double Boiler 3rd inner pot then spoon over with the pre-fried spice paste alternately with the fish pieces then spice paste. Lastly put cabbage leaves by the side. (pic 7-8)
【Assemble】
1. Insert all the 3 inner pots into Khind Anshin Double Boiler outer Pot. Add water to the maximum line indicated on the Khind Anshin Double Boiler outer Pot. Select cooking function “Set meal”, to start the cooking. (pic 9-10)
2. Serve hot when done.
